Your gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. This applies to all income sources and must be fully verifiable.

We require a minimum credit score of 600. A credit check will be run on all applicants 18 years of age and older.

• Score below 600? A qualified co-signer may be considered
• No credit history? A co-signer is also an option
• Credit is reviewed as part of the full application — not in isolation

A criminal background check is required for all occupants 18 years of age and older. Results are reviewed alongside all other application criteria — not as a standalone disqualifier.

• Applies to every adult who will be living in the home
• Prior housing court records and eviction history are reviewed
• Each application is considered holistically and fairly

Good rental history matters. We will contact your previous landlords directly to verify your tenancy and confirm you were a responsible resident.

• Paid rent on time consistently
• Took care of the property during your stay
• Gave proper notice before vacating
• Left the home in good condition

We love animals. There are no breed restrictions and no weight restrictions — all furry family members are welcome.
