Three Pillars Property Management was started in February 2022 by two local owners that had been investing in Kansas City properties for over 5 years. In 2022, we decided to manage the properties internally and that’s when Three Pillars began!  

We have had tremendous success within self management and are successfully managing properties all over the Kansas City metro!

We have an in house maintenance team that can handle maintenance requests within hours. We pride ourselves in providing our tenants with beautiful and safe homes that they often stay in for years!
